Love Your Kitchen: One class is held each summer
A fun and practical seven-week course on the basics of eating healthy on a budget and the role of food in good health. Come and learn how to shop on budget while eating food that is healthy and tastes great! Weekly classes include time in the kitchen preparing, cooking, and enjoying food. You will also be paired with a coach who will help you make personal changes and encourage you on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
